Diabetes check (free) 
There are 3 million people with diabetes in the UK. It is estimated that there are a further 750,000 people who have the condition but don't know it.
If diabetes is not diagnosed and treated in time, this can lead to complications such as pain in the hands and feet, limb amputation, kidney and heart problems, blindness and stroke. However, once diabetes is diagnosed, it can be effectively controlled with simple lifestyle modifications or medication.
We are the first complementary health practice in the area to offer free diabetic testing to discover whether you are at risk of developing the disease.
We will first ask you a few questions about your medical history and then do a blood glucose test. The results of the test will be available immediately. If the test results show raised blood glucose levels you will be advised to visit your GP for further investigations.
