It is estimated that over 16 million people in the UK suffer from high blood pressure (hypertension). High blood pressure, if left untreated, can lead to stroke, heart attack and heart failure.
People with high blood pressure often have no symptoms. It is for this reason that hypertension is known as the “silent killer”. Yet it can be easily controlled with medication and lifestyle modifications.
We offer free blood pressure checks to see if you suffer from high blood pressure. The results will be available immediately. If the test results show raised blood pressure you will be advised to visit your GP for further investigations.
